In version 4.0, Sand in a Box introduces a revamped simulation algorithm that addresses the feedback received from our valued reviewers. Taking their preferences into account, we have made significant improvements to recreate the original simulation experience from 2011, now enhanced for an even more dynamic performance. These changes ensure that particles move freely and naturally without any randomization.

Taking things further in version 5.00, Sand in a Box introduces a whopping total of 36 new elements to unleash your imagination. This is a substantial increase from the mere 4 elements available in previous releases, offering users endless possibilities for creativity and experimentation.

In this latest version, the box no longer has a bottom, resulting in a seamless experience where particles that fall on the bottom will immediately appear on top. If you're familiar with the concept of portals, this feature allows you to create mesmerizing waterfalls or sandfalls and redirect particles in any desired direction.
